01 Terms

- The Artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.
- Product is digital form only, no physical copy is to be shipped
- Any terms can be changed if is discussed with the artist, Moonabi before commission is started.

02 payment

- Commisions are paid up front before I start working on your commission
- No refunds are allowed once I started working
- The currency accepted is AUD ($)

03 process and delivery

- I will send a sketch work in progress. After approval, you may not request for any revision to pose, clothing or accessories after.
- A maximum 3 WIP will be given if requested.
- If I do not receive any response after 14 days during the process, I will assume you are satisfied with the current WIP and no further revisions can be accepted.
- Final artwork will be delivered in PNG format (full resolution) via email. Alongside watermarked JPEG's for social media posting.
- I will guarantee to retain the files for 3 months after delivery. Please download the files promptly.

04 completion time

- Commission time between 2 week to 5 months max. It will depend on complexity.
- Deadlines must be discussed beforehand if it is required before a specific date.
- If any incident such as health issue or personal issue occurs to the commissioner that will push it beyond 5 months. I will notify you.

05 revisions

- Minor Revisions: You can request for minor revisions up to 2 times (it is included in the pricing) after sketch work in progress approval. Any more times, an additional fee will be charged. Minor changes including but not limited to colour adjustment, adding small details
- Major Revisions: An additonal fee will be charged for any major changes to the final drawing. Including but not limited to composition, character design, character pose, or major alterations.
- With any additional fee revisions, the commmissioner will be notified of the additional costs and must provide approval (+ payment) before the revisions are made.
- Make sure your references are CLEAR. To avoid any changes needed.

06 copyright and usage

- The Artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned work.
- The Artist reserves the right to post the commissioned work online, unless requested otherwise before the commission begins.
- If copyright is broken, all rights granted to the commissioner to the artwork will be terminated.
- Conditions for reposting: The client has permission to post the art on any social media platform, provided that credit is given linking back to the Artist's Instagram page and the watermark maintains intact.
- Noncommercial use: Redistribution of my artwork for use in merchandising, promotional use, NFTs or resale is prohibited.
- Commercial use: If commercial rights is desired, it must be discussed prior to starting the commission. Commercial rights are priced at 1.5x the original commission price.

07 refunds

- No refunds once work has started on the commission
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund you at any time
- If a refund is needed, do not file a chargeback. The Artist will transfer the money to you.
- Filing a chargeback, every right given to all pieces will be retracted. The Artist will be able to sell the copyrighted artwork to other buyers.
- Furthermore, the commissioner will be unable to commission the Artist from here on out.
